Pocomoke by Beverly

In a bend of the Pocomoke River sits Beverly Manor. In past years long ago cattle swam across to the lush salt marshes, now tugs ply the deep waters and it is a favorite place to fish. Stately Beverly still sits serenely on the banks where the river widens, letting welcome summer breezes come across, as it heads towards the bay.
